Overtur™ Mobile offers a comprehensive set of tools aimed at assisting Overtur users in remaining connected to their project openings while on the move. By logging into their Overtur project via the Mobile app, users can achieve various tasks, including:

• Surveying existing conditions on a project and syncing back to Overtur on the web
• Reviewing and editing project details
• Adding and removing collaborators
• Emailing collaborators
• Transferring Ownership of a project
• Viewing project files
• Creating Punch Lists
• Documenting product installation

The Site Survey tool empowers users to gather data while on-site and seamlessly synchronize it to the web. This functionality includes the ability to add or edit door and frame data, as well as capturing photos, notes, and voice memos. The Site Survey tool stands out as an essential tool for accurately recording the existing conditions of a project.

The Punch List tool enables users to conduct thorough inspections of completed installations by referencing a set of plans and the necessary hardware sets and products. Users have the option to accept or flag the door hardware on a door or the opening itself, accompanied by adding detailed notes, taking photos, attaching pre-snapped photos, or including voice memos.

The Installation tool provides users with the capacity to mark the installed hardware items for an opening or the opening itself as they progress through a project installation. Users can supplement their work with notes, photos, pre-snapped photo attachments, or voice memos to document their efforts during installation.

All tools are operable in offline mode, allowing users to initiate by downloading the required plans and data, carry out tasks offline (particularly advantageous in areas with limited internet connectivity), and subsequently synchronize the data back to the Overtur cloud upon reestablishing an online connection.
